Don’t Know Much by Aaron Neville & Linda Rondstadt

Look at this face
I know the years are showing
Look at this life
I still don’t know where it’s going

I don’t know much
But I know I love you
And that may be
All I need to know

Look at these eyes
They’ve never see what matters
Look at these dreams
So beaten and so battered

I don’t know much
But I know I love you
And that may be
All I need to know

So many questions
Still left unanswered
So much I’ve never broken through
And when I feel you near me
Sometimes I see so clearly
The only truth I’ve ever known
Is me and you

Look at this man
So blessed with inspiration
Look at this soul
Still searching for salvation

I don’t know much
But I know I love you
And that may be
All I need to know

I don’t know much
But I know I love you
And that may be
All I need to know

I don’t know much
But I know I love you
And that may be
All I need to know.

  1. Stefanie, beautiful song they did together, an instant classic. Another song I loved when I was younger which he did playing with his brothers was his ultimate classic…”Tell it like it is”, you always come up with some jewels! Trying to catch up after a trying last couple of weeks! I pray you are well! Have a wonderful and blessed weekend!

    • Wendell, thanks 🙂 It is a beautiful classic 🙂 I first heard it years ago and I love the song. He played it with his brothers where? Did they perform it anywhere? Keep on writing. I love your poetry. I hope u have a wonderful weekend also.
